Solving login issues
Having trouble logging in because you're not receiving a login request or have a new phone? No worries! Ask the administrator within your organization to reset the two-factor authentication. After that, you'll be able to log in without any problems. The EJP secretariat can also request the reset of your two-factor authentication for you.
